What do you guys call "low"?
Like trace carb ketosis style or around 75g or something?
Can you replace squats with leg press and hamstrings curls? I think hams curls are underrated.
I can't do leg press for the same reason. I thought front squats would be safe.
I can do seated hamstring/quad machine thingies if I go easy on the weight and have strict form. It didn't bother me at all. Add in some DB work with : Split squats, lunges, goblet squats, and bulgarian squats. I might need to reduce intensity and focus on lower weight higher reps and try to get in two leg sessions a day. I'd been doing fine with stuff till I tried FS. Oh well.
