What do you guys call "low"?

Like trace carb ketosis style or around 75g or something?

Because it's only going to be for say 10-14 days less then 20g likely.

Yeah 2 weeks is the max I think Id ever do it again.

i didn't weigh anything out but basically the most substantial source of carbs I had was a piece of fruit every day.

watermelon, jicama & thick ripe coconut with lots of chilli powder and lime juice

Can you replace squats with leg press and hamstrings curls? I think hams curls are underrated.

I want to say no. I tried.

But ridethecliche should be able to get decent legs with a good cycling routine. My buddy is the sprinter on his cycling team. A fucking Hatian powerhouse. 220lbs of quads. He fucks around with weights every now and then but his main training source is cycling. His legs are scary. Mind you in HS he was super obese and out of shape, so I don't think he was born with great legs. I wouldn't give up hope, just have to find a different approach.

RTC cannot do lying leg curls because that puts the lower back in a compromised position. Seated leg curls may be possible.

I can't do leg press for the same reason. I thought front squats would be safe.

I can do seated hamstring/quad machine thingies if I go easy on the weight and have strict form. It didn't bother me at all. Add in some DB work with : Split squats, lunges, goblet squats, and bulgarian squats. I might need to reduce intensity and focus on lower weight higher reps and try to get in two leg sessions a day. I'd been doing fine with stuff till I tried FS. Oh well.

Cardio is improving, I can run solidly for a few miles now without wheezing, getting a stitch or shin splints. Will continue this whilst bulking to stay leaner and I suppose just to feel better.

Switched to 10 reps everything cept deadlifts. It's great to feel so much more of a pump when i leave the gym. It's also nice to just change things up after doing 5x5 type stuff for ages.
