Like Markl vs conceptionist

Markl: loose cunt, tatts, smokes, alcoholic, works bar job, bangs heaps of sluts
Conceptionist: straight laced, scientist, studying full time, probably has girlfriend from high school

Or something lol I made some of that up

Anyway, yes tattoos and cigarettes generally for people with low impulse control/heightened dopamine response, risk taking behaviour, pleasure seeking etc it all goes together

Tell us how you really feel though.

Also I don't smoke... weed or cigarettes. Both retarded habits.

Lol, this was an interesting read.

Pretty close analysis, apart from that I'm doing a marketing masters (and even something as "unscientific" as consumer culture theory and social psychology) and don't have a girlfriend atm. But no tats, don't smoke and pretty much never drink unless somebody offers me.

On another note, here's the last part of his Powerlifting Series:

Does his series actually give practical tips with good reasoning? From the look of it, yes, but I get bored really easily on presentations that focuses a little too much on small details.

I don't think he goes too much into the unimportant details.

I would argue that the details and examples he gives are for practical reasons, so you can apply the theories to your own programming. It's easier to digest and more condensed than any other series/ article I've read on the same topic, and its a huge topic tbh.

If you don't have any focus on details, it easily becomes too far removed from the reality and hard to implement. He has also made it very clear which parts of the series that are the most important. But that's just my view.

Fucking ice cream maker is the bane of my shreddedness, biscoff and caramel waffer vanilla ice cream get in my belly. Had a cheat week and I'm like 10% bf now lol. Well probably not i'm only up like 2lb so i'm guessing it's just bloating making me look less clear. I might throw out all the baking products from my house, I can't control myself around them now that im not working. Made rasberry and coconut macarons yesterday, it's just too much to handle.

Gonna go on that keto for 2 weeks and drop back down to shreddedness. Having that bad relationship with food, guilt and shit. Feel like such a women.

Srsly if you watch that RP series and listen carefully you can put together such a bulletproof weightlifting program.

Long distance cyclists have the worst aesthetics. Skin and bones, except for the thighs. And yet they all still "need" to lose 2 more pounds.

We used to joke that cycling was just an expensive eating disorder. It's actually pretty close to the truth at times. The lowest weight you can maintain while increasing your power:weight ratio is your race weight.

I raced at 138-142 and realized I was much stronger at 145-148 because I could sprint.

On the flip side, good track sprinters (i.e. the brits like Sir Chris Hoy) are fucking built.

And yea its a shame cycling doesn't utilize the arms for power.... still my favorite cardio though

When I was a kid I could bunnyhop a garbage can on its side and wheelie around a block non stop #CSB
post #47502 of 57265

You do utilize your arms. Ever try to sprint without holding onto the bars?

Yea but you just need them for stability, not power. You can't justify 17-18" arms for cycling.

track sprinting is fucking insane. the power output required for the start is something mere mortals can only have wet dreams about

Pulling harder on the bars got me 200+ Watts on sprints. Could have been more. You can certainly use your back/arms to sprint harder. The issue is that you have to carry those 3-4 lbs everywhere.

17-18 inches is pretty big in general. I'm still at about 15 or a bit under right now and I'm 15-20 lbs heavier than when I raced.

Yeah. I really wish I could have done that stuff. It would have been so much fun.

I had a peak 5 second output of over 1400 watts when I raced and I could hold 1K watts for 30 seconds. Track would have been amazing.
