Random health and exercise thoughts - Page 3163

Not really no, clothes are a bit looser now and some stuff I definitely could not wear when I was heavier, but I only lost like 20lb so it's not that much.

Fuji, you look pretty good now and all, but do you really think you needed to get on gear to get that way? Seems like you have a physique, that while difficult to attain natty, is totally possible. Worth all the possible health repercussions to get there quicker?

I didn't have as much mass as Fuji has, but I got that lean or maybe even a bit leaner last year all natty. Was a pain in the ass at times, but you can do it if you want to.

You have to consider that Fuji and I sort of have this look already. Somewhat lean naturally, the frame with broad shoulders, long limbs, small wrist and we're tall. Not taking away from the work, but that does play role. Also not saying that you won't look aesthetic, just that you can't expect to look like someone else. I see so many guys asking "when will I look like Zyzz?". You won't because your not him.

Whilst I probably could look like this natty I doubt I ever would have gotten there. I've put on like 25lb of lean tissue, that would have taken a long as fuck time to put on that much tissue and lose a fair bit of body fat. I also do this fairly safely with the getting blood work done and everything. Bloods have actually improved since when I was natty because I used to not do so much cardio nor would I ever consider eating this clean. In terms of this physical sides like gyno and hair loss ive never gotten any of those except a tiny bit of bacne. I don't really have any interest in looking that much bigger, maybe another 10lb of lean mass so I'm 200lb and 8% instead of 190lb, but I don't ever want to look non natty.

So much this, I have a friend whose forever like will cut and be zyzz mode. He's about 90kg at 5'9" or something and shredded to shit. Looks like a tank and is strong as fuck, but not on that wide shoulder tiny waist time.

still looks pretty good though, doesn't look in any way natty in person.

Long time lurker, first time writer. I'll start directly with a BroScience question.
I'm cutting on EC stack. I'm completely unaffected by stimulants so currently I'm on 3 times a day 24mg E and 250mg C.
Question: replacing the caffeine with VPX Meltdown? Beneficial or a one way ticket to the hospital?

other than protein bars, what else do you guys snack on

I'm currently hooked on some chocolate granola & kale krunch

also some chilli-powder covered fruit-paste bits that taste amazing

Takes 5min to prepare:
Big cucumber, peel, remove the core with the seeds and chop the good part in bits. Put a ton of chili powder or crushed dried chili on it and squeeze half to a whole lime over it.

You can make a meal out of it by adding a cup of cottage cheese, a can of tuna, half a chopped onion and a big spoon of mango chutney.

Almonds. A handful a couple or so times a day hits the spot for me.

Killed legs today. Then went to five guys for a triple cheeseburger and Cajun fries and had a salted caramel, brownie and marshmallow milkshake on the way home. First bad thing I've eaten in about 3 weeks.

As for snacks, Greek yoghurt with berries and walnuts. Sometimes mix in 1/4 packet of crystal light for flavor

God, I blow so much damn money when I go to NYC.

Time to hunker down now for a bit. Have a few fitness and life goals to tend to!

My jeans are so baggy on me now. Down to like a 32.5" waist, wearing size 34 1947s. Oh well. I've been bulking for a few weeks now though. Should hopefully fill them out in the waist again.
