I've been doing cardio regularily for a while now, and together with strength training more frequently and for higher volume, I think it's starting to show its results.

I've only been doing cardio for shorter burst, say 10 mins at a time, but decided to try to hold longer today. Managed 20 mins on the concept 2 rowing machine and got 4500 meters with a tempo of 2:20 mins/ 500 meters. Would never have made that half a year ago.

Does anybody here who does a lot of cardio or rowing know if thats "good" or not? Just curious.
