Any of you guys have to deal with fixing poor glute activation on one side? I had a hip injury about 2 years ago, and the period of time where I was favoring that side pretty heavily seems to have left me with: 1) Lots of tightness in the small muscles in there (which I can fix through stretching) 2) Overuse-related fatigue and aching in my lower back on that side because my back and hamstrings are taking up the slack. I'm doing glute bridges and similar sorts of movements before my heavy leg lifts, and I can definitely feel that's changing the balance of effort between low back/glute/hamstrings but I want to make sure I'm not missing something obvious.
