Get a telescoping one, though it may dislodge the trim and distend the frame a little over time. Tie some bands to it and you can get a lot of stuff done.

Also, yes fat grips are for your forearms. Not triggering them, i.e. not using your thumb defeats the purpose.

It would be very boring, I don't really do much I just have interests, which don't really seem to match. I went to tk maxx, returned a bunch of tom ford, margiela, RLBL and sns herring stuff I had intended to sell on style forum, but couldn't be fucked to and I was worried about people wanting to return the items after they sold and me not being able to return them and being stuck with a load of shit. I wasn't worried about this before because the margins used to be higher, but i'd only be making like 10-20% on this stuff. I bough 3 le cruiset stone baking dishes. One for like pies, one for loaves and one for casseroles or some shit, an all clad sauce pan with lid, a pastry brush, a new whisk and some tiny tart baking trays for that portion control. It was all very cheap, like $100 for everything. Now I'm going to pin 2ml of test cyp go bench press then play some more final fantasy or oceanhorn until my friends come over.

I might try resell homeware online, my tk maxx has good as fuck homeware. Got a nice copper with tin plate dutch oven for $50 last week. Things go for like $1200 online.

Yeah your probably right on the fat grips. I do notice I get a much better lat contraction using them my way though. Probably because i'm not really squeezing the bar so my biceps don't do shit.

Put some little pads under the contact points so it doesn't dig in. I'm over 200lb and have gone up to 90 or so lb of additional weight and my door frame seems ok. Jarude is right, with bands and a pull up frame you can get a lot of shit done. Taught myself to do a standing ab roll out by getting no 4, 3, 2, 1 bands wrapping one around my waist and attaching it to the bar so it made ab roll outs easier. Gradually reduced the band tension and now I can do them without any bands. You can teach yourself pistol squats the same way, probably even learn to do a 1 armed chin that way. Got one for my sisters boyfriend because he's a pussy.

Nope. I was warming up on the treadmill and he was about to begin his run.

My apartment is newly remodeled. The trim was put on with weak finishing nails. I could probably pull it off the door frame with my hands.

Edit: Hmm, looking a little more it seems like the trim strength doesn't matter too much.

I have been thinking about the XFit program for me and my two sons. Then I see shit like this

I think we will hire a coach and do a strength program instead...

One of the orthopedic oncology surgeons just saw me in the hallway.
"Hey RTC, how's that lifting working out for you? Looks like the steroids have been working!"

Haha. Oy...

Ugh, dat feel when you accidentally make 2x the rice you need for your lunch recipe, and end up with 2 weeks of carby ass low protein meals

I did manage to get Chipotle's chicken recipe somewhat right, but the shit definitely needs more salt.

Would have been better naked.

In other random news- If anyone is familiar with hockey I used to workout where Ted Lindsay, the infamous Detroit Red Wing, went. He's 89 and still works out about an hour a couple days a week. Saw him naked in the locker room once....thought bout asking for his autograph.

I've always just used old t-shirts and the free ones you got for various events/things. They are all 4-5 years old now and disgusting, they all stink despite hot, heavy duty laundry. Any rec's for odor resitant T's for a decent price? Or laundry tips?
Will dri-fit still stink after a while?

Eastbay evapor performance tees. Cotton/poly blend, tough fabric, tagless, $4 each.
