Well shit. A 5 pack of Hanes from Target will do that.

Speaking of shopping. Anybody tried these?
28g protein, 25g carbs. Seems to mostly be whey isolate added to give it the protein.

dat cheat meal. Was feeling like death today, couldnt do another day of hard dieting so I just did bw shit and had 4500 calories of mostly carbs. I look a lot better since i'm not depleted as fuck. Back down to 2500 tomorrow, feels bad man.

Realised I don't have to do a shitty job as a waiter this year because now with my previous experience in IBD I can apply for bull shit part time "research analyst" roles, which pay a lot more and are probably a lot less work.

Ate a pound of trout today for dinner with some crisp kale/creminis on the side. Was sooo good. Put that trout under the broiler and it crisped up great. The opposite of Fuji's carb binge. Does fish shrink much after/during cooking (e.g., if one purchases 16 ounces, does it stay 16 ounces after broiling)?

Yes, like other meats it shrinks and loses mass from evaporation during cooking.

anti social crew checking in.

I was in a meeting that included a guy I recognized from the gym. I'm certain he recognized me, too. We never mentioned it during or after the meeting. Saw him at the gym a couple weeks ago - we looked at each other but not a word was ever spoken to each other.

you can just give a smile and a nod, pls dont say you looked at him without any facial expression.

No, we both just had an expressionless ever-so-brief glance.

When you saw him, was it in the locker room naked?

This summer I saw a guy in the serious weight room (not the "no deadlifting of any type allowed" fitness center) that worked at the local burrito place. He was one of these Art of Manliness types with the waxed mustache and whatnot. (I assume he shaves with a straight razor, too.) Anyway, that place was notoriously stingy with meat and cheese. I was hoping he would hook a lifting brother up with more protons for gAinZz, but every time I went back after that, he wasn't working.

And today, there was a scrawny kid in the rack next to me today either doing SL or SS (most likely SL due to how easy his work sets looked and the Chucks). Terrible squat form (high, toes straight forward, knees in... standard stuff). I really wanted to help him but didn't want to be "that guy."

Honestly I wish there were more of "those guys," I never had someone watch me while I was learning to squat and now my form is bad and probably the cause of various pains.

Eh, maybe if I see him again I'll say something. He was definitely watching my squat work sets, and I am too weak to deserve that.

I tried doing 3x10 on FS last week at 85lbs ad it didn't bother me. So I tried 3x5 at 135 today. Feel okay right now, but morning will tell.

Had a friend comment on my form when I was doing them. I'll be going back down to 85 till I can sit back more. I hope I can keep up with this though.

Some people just need to learn themselves. Not everyone is open to a helping hand. I see so many dudes load up the bar with 3-4 plates and then proceed to 1/5th squat. Or load up 315 DL and hitch it to heaven. Unless someone asks I don't offer any advice or critique.

But you don't sit back on a front squat. You sit down.
