Got that sick achy post-massage feeling last night. feels shit man

This pretty much sounds like what I've got atm.

Can you describe the knee pain more in detail? How exactly did it feel?

Like a distant ache-y kinda pain somewhere on the side of the knee, or a sharp and direct localized-to-a-very-narrow-area kind of pain? Did it hurt more when you bent the knee or squatted down to around parallel depth?

Currently on NSAIDs and haven't been able to squat for almost a week. Just want it to go away so I can continue to train for the meet in Nov.

I had to stop bike racing because of chondromalacia/ patellofemoral syndrome. It still causes some stiffness/crepitus from time to time (which means nothing) and never bothered me on anything but the bike.

The fuck fuji? What does that even mean?

Back feels a bit off today. Guess I went too hard in the paint last night. S'all good. Will dial it back a bit. This 5x10 thing is going to kick my ass. I've been doing it on a bit of an ascending weight scheme. I liked yesterday's workout. Hopefully progression will be swift!

fuji is baking blonde brownies that are made out of chick peas vs. using eggs, a common attempt by women to cut the fat from eggs out. Many of which recipes are found on sites like Buzzfeed.

Naw bro, I get intimidated easily by big sweaty men and my squats are not ass to grass enough for them to count at a meet. :fu:

If your squats aren't even deep enough to hit depth you dun goofed man that's like the bare minimum. I thought I squatted like 400lb when I was 17 because being retarded I thought having a box at knee height was parallel

Ha! I break parallel but don't feel like going deeper than that.

That's deep enough for a meet then?

But you only have to hit parallel for PL competitions, no?

I find I am not myself after work until I do a good 30 minutes of exercise. It can be whatever, going for a run, lifting, getting to the gym, stretching and doing some yoga, it really doesn't matter, but it makes all the difference. I am an ogre after work sometimes! Endorphins rid me of that ogre in no time!

I don't know, bro. But I'm kind of nervous to show up in one and have big sweat men yell at me, "Go lower!"

I was told "ass to grass."

Got to see the effectiveness of knee sleeves today. Forgot to put them on for a quick front squat session... troublesome knee is killing me now after a year of no problems (thanks to wearing knee sleeves)

Def not doing that again, or trying to tag on and rush through squats in an upper body session. Gotta focus for those.
