This'll blow your mind... there was a pair of the old white wooden heel Adidas in the lost and found bin. They sat in there for months.

Hah, I hope someone sold those. I had a pair of those too, sold them for like $175 off ebay during my foot bulk phase.

The clavicle has a lot of implications on the AC joint.

I mean, considering the clavicle makes up 1/2 the AC joint that's a true statement.

Kind of like saying your femur has a lot of implications of your knee.

Your clavicle runs into your shoulder joint, so if it had a lot of trauma your shoulder might impinge a lot more. I'd research and see what football players do about a fractured clavicle, I'm sure there's ton of information there.

It depends entirely on where the injury was, how severe it was, if there's clavicle shortening, and if there was ligamentous damage. There are literally 9 different types of clavicle fractures so looking for information online probably isn't his best bet.

There is no shortening apparently

Copped a pair of Tellason jeans yesterday in DC. Hadn't heard of them before but liked the construction and the fit. Time to retire the 514s.

dat feel when you finally have hawt abs and still over 200lb. Been doing an hour of fasted cardio every morning, body feels much better already and it's definitely helping me lean out a lot faster then just cutting did.

Been doing a lot of baking recently, pretty easy to manipulate macros so I can still cut.

2x as much chicken, half the pastry and high protein low fat cheese so like 150 protein and 1200 cals. Shittake mushrooms, baby tomatoes, onions and bell peppers too.

Bought a lot of baking shit, banking is making me buy such retarded shit. Why do I need pyrex? Im 20 and live in a shitty flat who the fuck cares about my measuring cups.
