23 today.

Is it weird that I feel old? But at the same time I'm in such a limbo, I hardly FEEL like an adult, but I like to think I act like one. I also pretty much live an adult life style, work like a mother fucker for future goals without much downtime...

Whatever. Maybe it's the percosets making me all contemplative haha.

You're probably not getting your elbows high enough (or not getting them around fast enough). The bar should rest on your deltoids, and there should be air under the center of the bar.

Now granted, for someone with a thicker chest, there may be very little or no air under the bar, but thinking of racking only on your delts and not evenly across your chest should help with clavicle bruising.

Pumping Iron's on Netflix. Just watched it and it inspired me to put together a weekly diet plan and stop being a lazy fuck

I'm at the Roanoke airport mirin the beautiful Virginia mountains while waiting for a flight back to where it's flatter than a pancake. I used to cycle them mountains weekly. Reminds me of how much I miss doing centuries in the mountains; I miss dat burn.
