My caloric needs must have shot through the roof since I started this high frequency program, because I'm currently eating 3700 calories a day and not gaining any weight at 195 lbs. Aiming to gain another 15 pounds so I'll prob be eating well over 4000 calories a day at the end just to gain weight.
Feels like I'm stuffing myself all the time, eating like 4 pounds of oatmeal a week and bringing a carton of chocolate milk to the gym.
Can't complain though. Eating this much while not getting fat is a luxury.
That feel when you check your credit report and you have 8 accounts with serious delinquencies because you're stupid fking undergrad institution apparently forgot to tell your loan company you were in deferment for grad school.
FFS now have to file all kindz of disputes and shit.
Ahhh shit, sorry to hear that, bro.
Five weeks of ART, nerve gliding, ice and nsaids have gotten me to a point where if I pop some aleve I'm able to work through full ROM 98% pain free. I get some sensation, but no pain. ART guy is doing a reassessmemt this Saturday and hopefully prescribing some rehabby type stuff i can work on. Obviously I will defer to him when it comes to what/what not to do, but what have other people's experience been with working back into things from an injury? Clearly there's no jumping straight into heavy training - oc vex I know you did 6 months of art and 6 months of bands. What else did you consider when you got back to things?
Why do you choose to be the way that you are?
You made me like this, remember? With your half assed pullups and the subsequent pile on gangbang by your stans
Besides theres enough circle jerking in here already. Yin and yang
I can understand using steroids with all the negatives associated if there is a goal in mind
-work related (bouncer, security guard)
Thats all I can think of. E-bragging rights over your bench/squat I dont think really cut it.
I suspect that the real reason most use is vanity, just the same as most people lift for that reason, but few will admit it. Its as if people use tracking their lifts to legitimize and de-homo their activities. Some less than others tho (conceptionist, coldsnap)
Would you rather look like lazar angelov but only be able to total 800, or look like fuji but total 1600?
Its also very interesting that steroids have not made the physiques of our two resident users particularly pleasing. I think its because genetics of muscle and tendon length determines aesthetics more than anything else.
I will always have relatively narrow clavicles, adding more mass just makes me look thick from front to back like I have a tumour or something. This makes me sad, but means I dont think I have much to gain from steroids. Im not sure though, perhaps it would help me get a little more shredded but b-agonists might do a similar job
