You lift so fancy!

Couldn't finish fucking one girl in their hotel suite, I'm embarrassed.
Spent two hours with above girl. Get a call to come help my friend out with two girls. I am tired but i go.
1. Couch fucking uncomfortable
2. She takes too long to change positions
3. She doesn't know how to kiss at all
4. Slight peachfuzz over lip
I lost it 20 mins in, was awks lol
I aim to never miss any lifts in training, but I also have a coach who manages all my sets, reps and weights for me so that it doesn't happen.
That said, I don't think its good to miss any lift in training if you're training for a strength sport, because then you were testing your strength and not building it.
Why were you testing your max one month out from competition? Sounds pretty stupid, tbh. The heaviest I go is to do my openers one week out. Also, how are you going to add 20 pounds to a lift in one month?
I normally don't test maxes in the gym either. I hit 562 in my last meet (end of May), and have been doing 5/3/1 as my training program. I got 7 with 495 for my 1+ which was awesome. I think ego got the best of me though since I really wanted to hit 6 plates, so after my light sets on the deload week I worked up to it. Felt good off the floor, just didn't have it in me I guess. I'll run one my cycle of 5/3/1 before the meet in mid August.
