Yeah, my strength has gone down quite a bit with my bench taking the worst hit. When I started the cut my 5RM for bench was 310. It immediately stopped increasing, held there for a couple weeks, then dropped to 305 for a couple more. Then when I hit about 180 (maybe 4-6 weeks in to the cut) it started dropping off quickly. By the time I had my first fight in May I weighed 163 lbs and my 5RM on bench around 275. I didn't lift at all between the May fight and the fights in June, so it dropped off even more. I'm probably at around 260 for a 5RM today.
My squat and deadlift kept going up for the first month or so because I had recently reset them after a back injury. They peaked at about 360 for my DL 5RM and 330 for squat 5RM when I was 175-180 lbs. They just kind of stalled there, maybe lost 5-10lbs on the squat by the time of the May fight. I don't think they would have dropped very much if I would have continued lifting, but because I stopped DL is at around 315-325 now and squat is around 300.
I did lose a lot of weight though, so although my lifts went down a lot overall, I managed to keep more strength than I expected when considered in proportion to my body weight.
TL:DR - I lost a lot on my bench but squat and deadlift increased for a while before stalling. I didn't lift at all after May 17th, and that caused all the lifts to drop.
