There's a gal at my gym with an almost identical bench setup. Dunno what her max competition bench is, but I've seen her do 100kg touch and go (competes at 114 and 123lb). Even with that huge arch, the butt cheeks are still touching the bench.

flat mates gonna be mad as fuck theres no space in the living room. For $80 its a really nice dip rack, width is very comfortable and the handles are nice and narrow.

Damn I wish I had a dip rack in my living room. Then maybe I could do dips enough to get good at them.

Buy one man, theyre cheap as fuck. Did like 200 today. Get a pull up bar too, so easy to get good at pull ups just doing a bunch of sets that are like 80% to failure a few times a days

Okay, I think I should do this, but I was wondering what you guys thought.

I usually eat lunch sometime between 12-2 and go to the gym at 7-8PM. I end up eating dinner right after going to the gym. Thinking of subbing in a protein shake at like 5-6 so I'm not going to the gym hungry. Is that worthless or is it just better to just do it post?

I think the general rule is eat a small meal every 3 hours. I eat about 5 to 6 times a day. I think from 2-7, that's 5 hours without any food is too long if you are lifting. I haven't done protein powder in years so I don't remember just a shake will keep my hunger in check. I prefer solid food. After my work out, I usually eat a 1 cup to 2 cups of non-fat Greek yogurt with some egg whites depending on how much time I have. But it's a pretty quick snack which will hold me over until my normal meal time.

I need to get a new phone, don't like my camera not working. Going for 365 squat in a few weeks and want to see how terrible it looks.

It's a surprise you haven't yet died of hunger in your sleep.
