external rotations help a lot for some reason, and there's a lot of tightness in my deltoid where it hits the lateral head of the tricep. i wonder why
Tried the leg press machine at the gym today. Super dooper light. It has a pivot on it and I was able to keep my hips/lower back firmly on the pad at all times. Going to see how I feel the next couple of days and see if I can incorporate it into my lifts.
I felt like crap lifting today. Everything felt heavy, but I stuck with it.

Tonight in our work gym, just as I was wrapping up and doing some foam rolling, this guy turns up with HIS OWN HUGE BARBELL PAD; spends five minutes getting it perfectly positioned on the bar, and then proceeds to do sets of 5 quarter-reps with 55kg
