I fucking despise not being able to workout. I had to come out to Denver for a wedding. 3 days in the car one way, 3 days of doing pointless shit I don't care about and then tomorrow I leave for another 3 days driving back to NY.
All I've been able to get in were a bunch of pull-ups and sprints and push-ups and dips at rest stops and early morning here before it got too hot.
I have no clue how people who don't exercise can live with themselves. If feel like total shit if I'm not able to do something at least every 48 hours or so.
Same way. It's probably an addiction. I'm all bummed that after working out for about two months every day, I know my body needs a rest day but I just don't want to take a day off. Plus, I enjoy eating too much, so would have to curb that if I didn't exercise.
