Glad to have you here @gringodaddy!

What are your lifts? You look relatively lean, which is not really a bad thing.

So last night a kid attacked me and I not only fucked him up but threw his dad 20 feet and threw his back out and broke some other guys ribs who was trying to defend him. Tell me this isnt grounds to go fuck someone up.

That was literally the start of the conversation.

Hey RTC.  No idea on the big lifts.  Haven't used barbells in over a year and do very little actual weight training at this point.  I'd to drop a few more percentage points in body fat so lean is what I am shooting for.

Those 17 pounds were GONE before even the smallest of side dish dip, pasta salad, not fucking meat dish. Win.

I love Andre the Giant even more now (RIP)

My charges were dropped and I showed the cops what he was texting me. He was lucky I didn't press charges because all of the cops in my precinct hate him and he's known for this. His own parents called the cops on him yesterday.

Get on RHET's level. Start picking things up and putting them down.

I fucking despise not being able to workout. I had to come out to Denver for a wedding. 3 days in the car one way, 3 days of doing pointless shit I don't care about and then tomorrow I leave for another 3 days driving back to NY.
All I've been able to get in were a bunch of pull-ups and sprints and push-ups and dips at rest stops and early morning here before it got too hot.
I have no clue how people who don't exercise can live with themselves. If feel like total shit if I'm not able to do something at least every 48 hours or so.
