I'm taking today off because I tweaked a hamstring yesterday, but other then that yeah I've lifted everyday. I'm only sleeping about 4 hours a night though so I've been using a lot of modafinil. Horrible month but great day. Was charged with a ton of shit and it was all dropped.on the con side one of my best friends died.

I got arrested for stupid shit then my friends dad went to jail for extortion and had a stroke then he basically spiraled to the point where he killed himself by doing too many drugs. Officially he choked on his own vomit in his sleep.

I'm not sure if this is a good idea but I sorta want to leave my training log at home now that i"m doing bodybuilding. I've always had a notebook with me during my workouts where I track everything. Now that I'm sorta going for the pump I sorta just want to go by dem feels.

i track everything but don't arrive with a plan really if that makes sense. today i was bored so i did chest only and 2 exercises: descending sets of incline dumbell presses: 160 x 6, 140 x 8, 120 x 10, 110 x 10, 100 x 12, 90 x 15

then i did flies, 10 sets of 10 with 50s

Wow first took Yohimbine today. Half dosage but had a lot of effect. A little jittery, but super thirsty and peed like a motherfucker. Somehow after having a bottle of water and a soda I peed like 6 times, wtf. I'm also down in weight, thought it was supposed to make you retain water, weird.

Also, boners.

Going to take 10g BCAA pre-workout, then YC shortly thereafter. Hopefully insulin will be back down like an hour after BCAA's and won't affect the YC. Might throw in some cardio after taking YC on days that I can actually wake up early enough.
