Going in to squat 595 for two sets of 5 today.

Next week will match my 5RM of 605.

Hoping to hit 635-645 for a set of 5 at the end of my hybrid cycle, which in 6 weeks.

700 squat, here I come.

You have a coach or run known programs with slight variants to suit you personally?

He probably just runs SS, it's all you need to squat 700lb. Increase your squat 15lb a week and you'll be there in a year.

I now see why good bodybuilders tend to have a friend working out with them yelling at them between their reps. It's miserable and between reps on 15+ squats I just want to go home. I need to find people to train with.

My wife finished the 30 day ab challenge and is going to start another one. She's trying to guilt me into doing it with her.

Hahaha im 15 I think in that first photo and maybe 16 or 17 in the second. Who would have though i'd be deadlifting 500lb and squatting 400, such feels. Just tripled 285 on fronts beltless, it was a good feel.

UK deadlift record at my age class in the 105kg weight class in 260kg, tempted to try go up to 105 so I can try beat it. The 93 or whatever is below 105 is actually higher.

I have a coach that does my programming. He puts them together based on my weaknesses and also input from me.

Hey folks, has anyone did that T-25 exercise program that's on the infomercials? I'm just curious.

LOL nope. But she's not doing it for aesthetics, she's doing it because she does a recreational sport and they had some trainer come into the club and tell everybody they need to strengthen their cores. (I really hope they didn't pay that guy.)

The shakeweight was better.

What helped me:

-cook in bulk and eat repetitive meals
-become a morning person. Most people who stay up late aren't doing anything productive at that hour
-devote time to a single hobby rather than dicking around with a bunch of stuff
-never put something off if you can do it right this second instead
-schedule time for activities with friends instead of just "hanging out" and doing nothing. When I spend time with my gf it's at a set time and we know what we have planned so we don't waste time deciding
-maximize downtime. I RHET and misc on the metro or if I have nothing else to do at work. I don't bother with it during my actual free time. I also leisure read during down time.
