It seems like most people in the US recommend the Inzers. The others should be fine too.
Wearing a belt is fine. Some studies even show that the abdominal pressure and the muscle development of the abs is greater with a belt.
I personally train without one all the way up to the last weeks before the powerlifting meet, but I also pretty much never go above 85% in the training cycles.
Edit: Thinking about it, I actually do wear a belt on all my working sets now that I do high frequency and higher volume with squats and deadlifts 3x a week.
