weirdest day of eating in a while.

4 shakes, 2 giant kale salads with rice wine vinegar, half a red velvet cake, 2 boxes of cinnamon chex, 6 oz filet, burger and fries, 3 chicken breasts

so if you take a panade of bread and milk you can keep ground meat moist (2 tbsp milk, 1 slice bread no crust per 1-1.5 lbs of meat). I did it to batch-cook turkey burgers last night and man, these are the perfectly moist, mild (so easily seasonable) and stay good reheated.

Pan fried in coconut oil they're about:
223 calories
2 g carbs
14 g fat
22 g protein

why not just buy fattier cuts?
Basically the same macros as 85/15 ground beef

Well I'm (over) counting the coconut oil I'm frying it in. Without it the far content is way lower

Some kid working out in a batman under armor shirt just told me to try the exercises on my back when I was doing prone T, Y, I, and another move.

I legit had to hold back laughter as I told him that I knew what flyes were.

Then a dude changed my pulley settings that I had just put together for cable inverse crunches when there was an unused pulley right next to him.

Almost went all Fuji on him.

Not really sure what to do at the moment.  Been eating at maintenance for the past 4-6 weeks, so I'm @ 173 lbs, at 13-15% bodyfat.  I don't really want to pick up my cut again, since I've just been enjoying summer, but I also don't want to start bulking and be fat by mid-july or august.  Main lifts have made a bit of progress and I've made a LOT of flexibility progress, as well as made some great gains in stuff like working towards an L-sit, but it's not like I'm going to add 30 pounds to my bench this summer if I stay on this track.

Good news is that switching to a slightly higher rep scheme and taking two days off last week means my back feels 100% better.

Sounds pretty simple.. pick a goal and do what you need to get there.

Yeah, sounds like you just want to maintain strength, increase flexibility, and have a good summer. Ain't no shame.

If you're at 13-15% just cut for a few more weeks so you at least have abs for summer and then start your bulk once it gets chilly.

When you guys say "bulk" what are you talking about?

The old "eat big to get big" thing? I didn't think people bulked anymore.

You think people get at 200+ lbs eating salad and turkey slices?

No, but being a fat shit is just going to make you a fat shit who has a lot of work to do to cut back and look decent. I feel like slow, steady progress is a lot better (maybe that's what you guys mean by "bulking") than just piling shitty food into your mouth. I don't see any point in getting about 12% bf and even that is being lenient.

Note - I'm talking about physique goals though, which I guess isn't the primary goal of most people here.
