Fashion brands are cut for frail desk jockeys, when I go to Need Supply its a joke how tight the pants are. But when I go to something like lands end I can buy true to size.
Unrelated, this is ridiculous -
edit - hah thay took it down
Lands end is cut for short chubby people I don't have that much trouble fitting into many fashion brands, I actually find that most other stuff has too much room in the midsection and not enough length
That's probably why everything fits so great on me there then, hah! I like Gitman shirts too.
Just like the guy who mentioned cycling I'm quad dominant from sports and I recommend the stretch fit. If you are one of the people who lift for looks you don't have to worry about learning to sew the crotch back together so your lucky in that regard.
Just in general you are wasting your time if you are a 34 and you actually look for 34's. Get a tailor to work on the waste for you and buy oversized shirts wep
Gimme some dealflow brah.
for the record what you describe is some hybrid of powerlifting. here's what an arm day looks like for me as i only have bb related goals in mind...
close grip push up ladders, 10 x 15
pushdowns, 5 x 10
dips with 100lb dumbbell, 5 x 10
french press, 5 x 10
barbell curls, 5 x 10
hammer curls, 5 x 10
preacher curl, 5 x 10
cable curls, 5 x 10
i do battle ropes for 4 minute circuit, crunches with 50lb dumbbell and 3 sets of 15 hanging leg raises every day i train. i train 6 days on, 1 off. everything gets hit 2x a week
Wow, 68 sets in one workout, plus abs? How long does that take you? How often do you change up the specific exercises?
Just measured my thighs for shits and giggles, and detrained they're 26.5". There's probably some fat there, but not too much since most of my fat is around the middle. I can find pants that fit... I just have to size up or go for more generous cuts.
