Are you aware that there are people in this world that have a severe medical condition which causes them to be that way? My mother for instance is one of those people. She is a truck driver that has bad knees and a bad back from driving the truck but you probably do not care about that case either. Oh well I am not one of those people I am 6'4" 245lbs and I exercise every day. I would love to see you say something like to my mother in front of me. Probably never happen though you are probably just an internet tough guy. I doubt very seriously you would say that to someones face. Just my thought. What do you think. Oh I am sorry you probably do not have a brain. I on the other hand will be happy to buy you a plane ticket to come here and see if you have the nerve to say that to someone I know.

Can't get that in the midwest.

My wife is doing one of these viral 30 day ab challenges. It seems really excessive. 3 days on / 1 day off. Every workout it's an increasing volume of situps, crunches, leg lifts, plank, and supermans. Why do people think it's smart to obsessively train one muscle group and ignore everything else?

Because they believe in spot training i.e. you'll lose fat in the area you work out.

That food looks great to me, and not too much for two lifters. Okay, a bit much, but if those veggies aren't doused in oil (they appear fairly frugal), looks like a powerful meal to me!

First guy doesn't seem to be pulling much at all.

The second guy is pulling even less.

The third guy is squatting about 300kg (660lb) but looks to be wearing a single or double ply suit. i.e., not very strong either.

That last guy ain't pulling shit neither.

Then you're doing it wrong.

All powerlifters I know, including myself, utilize volume/bb training between heavy training cycles to give themselves a break.

99% of people would break down and cry in the middle of my heavy training cycles. Probably just quit after I wrapped one of their knees haha

What is your training cycle.... not the specifics but just the general philosophy and scheme

It was way too much but leftovers so w/e.

Thats a pretty silly misrepresentation/generalization of what people's responses were.
