Looks good. I think you could do more weight with your hips higher, but would be better served staying at that height in the long run.

I thought about getting a haircut today but decided it wasn't worth the effort. Did make some bomb ass nachos though.

Thanks but on the second rep, I think I'm leaning too far forward and using my back instead of my legs to drive up. I think I need to work on sticking my chest out and keep my lower back tightened to great that arch in the lower back when pulling the bar off of the ground.

Looks fine.

How tall are you? For taller guys/longer limbed guys I don't really think having your shoulders forward is an issue, it's just mechanics of being taller. Unless it's something ridiculous where you can't pull back and are just lifting the weight straight up.

Other thing - Even with low weight it's extremely helpful (at least for me) to pull the slack out of the bar before the pull, it doesn't look like you're doing that here.

Yup, exactly. Wanted to say that but I just told Crat to keep chest more out. Hah didn't want to sound like a broken record. It's also something I need to work on in the squat.

Short, 5'7''. So, I should pull my shoulders down and pull the slack out of the bar before pulling?

I try to follow what this guy teaches. He says there are two parts to deadlifting. The first part is the knee extension and the second part is the hip extension. Is that right? Should I keep the knees extension and hip extension in one movement or two?

TY Coldsnap, thats what i was thinking too. Weight improvement is slow but form improvement is still improvement.

Crat, yeah your hips rise first then you straighten out your back.
Barrel, I think you could have your hips a bit lower at the start. Also look up more before you start.

A friend just told me I need to lower my hips more to get the full range of motion on DLs because while it is true you can pull more weight from keeping higher hips, it's cheating. Is he right in that regard? My rationale is I'll work my full range of motion and legs from squats. I just want to deadlift my max using proper from to protect my back. Am I right in this regard?

I am not sure it's cheating. You should definitely utilize leg drive, but it's a balance... too much and you are doing a weird squat, too little and you are doing really heavy SLDLs. Either way, if you're not sure how you're doing, drop the weight and see what feels better and work on that.
