Lol, good point. What's your program like?

6x a week push, pull, legs. Legs is a shit tonne of back squats and front squats for probably 15 sets total then usually overhead press, some light leg shit like lunges and really light good mornings. Push is 2 big pressing movements then overhead press, maybe a small pressing movement then flys and tricep shit. Pull is just a bunch of rows and pull up movements for really high reps then curls and rear delts. I also do about 50-100 pull ups everyday and recently abs daily. I don't really deadlift very often just when I want to see how much I can.

Damn that's quite the routine. What's your goal? Body building or strength training?

barrel before I can form a final opinion on you can you post a shirtless pic? hierarchies, etc
post #45065 of 57263

Barrel, stop with the routine ADD and figure out one routine. Post it here for critique from fuji, conceptionist, teekay, etc. Then stick with it for 3-4 months so you can actually progress...

Also, don't 2 RM the lat pulldown...

I also don't understand why you're doing so much stuff so close to or at your 1RM with such regularity.

Don't really have any one specific goal, I like training a lot. I would like to do a meet this year and total around 1250 but I also want to look really good so a bit of powerlifting a bit of bodybuilding.

Been away for a while but back with some powerlifting porn of one of the guys from my gym; pulled 600lbs at 145lbs at IPF Worlds (late on the video, need to get an instagram):

Im using a decent bit of gear and there is no way I could consistently put 15lb on my squat a week especially only doing 15 sets a week.

Any penor effects from the gear yet? Nipples puffin up or get tits yet? Did you roid rage on anyone at all?

NYCers, what would the commute from Hoboken to Columbia be like in terms of time, no. trains, etc.

looks like PATH up to 33rd then the no. 1 uptown? Google says 45 mins but not sure if that's just PATH or the entire route. Doesn't look like there's any connections further up in Jersey closer to CBS either, just PATH down by Hoboken.

Don't really wanna end up at Stern, but would love to live in Hoboken to save money and looks like a nicer place to live anyways, at least if you don't have enough money to afford a decent place in NYC.

Already talked to a buddy in Chi who filled me in on the living sitch down there, sounds pretty easy to get around with the train there, and not too tough to get back up to MKE if gf doesn't wanna move.

If you're going to Columbia live in Washington heights or inwood. Jersey to Morningside heights is gonna suck.

Phone camera broke a few months ago and I have to wait out until December to get a new phone. Sucks because I use it a ton to track my form.

50-100 Pullups around the apartment, or at the gym? I need to start doing that.

What's "suck" mean? Long commute, big hassle? How long of a commute, why a hassle? I need more info brah.
Both long commute and big hassle. Maybe 45-50 min travel time on a good day plus a not-insignificant transfer walk.

Compare that to a 15-20 min straight shot (inwood/wahi)
