Not sure how or why, but Titan has a reputation for being the nerd's powerlifting gear. That said, almost everyone at my gym has a Titan or Inzer.

at least i dont need a superfriend to brush my teeth for me /kstar

side note, that book is so full of self-affirming circlejerk shit its hard to read. he may know his stuff - or not, given that whole contentious knees-out-squatting thing - but man is it ever irritating to read something from someone who perhaps thinks a little too highly of himself

Anyone know where I can find the article where Martin breaks down his macro cycling for LG? Finally getting cals/protein down, was gonna start into that.

Just try and keep fats as low as possible on workout days but eat a decent amount on rest days

Doing a 1RM is a skill unlike any other, and it does take some practice at lifting percentages closer to your 1RM to be efficient and to carry over your technique to a maximal effort. Im not sure how well improving your 12RM will carry over to keeping good technique for a 1RM. You should do a few sessions of heavyish doubles and triples as well imo.
