90kg total inc. bar ?
A bit more than that. Haha it's just so hard to tell. 55, 45, 25 are the bumpers. 10 & 5 steel plates. 325 total. I think that's just over 140kg ?

Once my Eleikos come it will be more fun with the skittles. This is why crossfitter a love bumpers. Put 4 45's on and you're out of room.

Was gonna make my own because we don't have it in the states, but no idea how the macros would end up after the culturing process so no idea how to do that.

What is it? A grain? I've heard of it (I feel like I've seen it in old school bodybuilder diets) but no idea what it is.

Thanks, now I know why I know it. Back home I used to see it at the health food stores and farmers market but I'm pretty sure they were just mislabeling cottage cheese.

Made some quark mayo. 3 egg yolks, 250g quark, 80g mustard. Whole thing was 420 cals, 38.7 protein, 17.4 carb, 22.3 fat, which isn't bad. Not as good as mayo, but decent. Might make a quiche with it out of egg whites and chicken breast.

Hit 315x5 on squats for fun today. I am starting to think I would benefit from some kind of periodic programming. Switching between low rep high intensity and high rep low intensity on the big movements.
You should try it.

Just make sure that in the volume phase, you do not go to failure on the big lifts. Leave 1-4 reps in the tank on the last sets. Use the higher volume to really nail your technique and choose lifts that target your weaknesses, like pause squats for many guys.
