Fuji what does gung gung say about using a futon dryer machine to keep mites and mold out of your futon? I've grown tired of hanging mine out in the sun and during pollen season it gets my mattress messy.

@GraphicNovelty I made that yogurt/chicken/chipotle thing, it's pretty good.  I used only half a can of chipotle peppers instead of the whole thing, and would probably use even less next time - shit is hot. I also added a can of black beans.  Really easy though and makes like 4 meals (and costs about $5 total).

Pretty much the only downside to joining a powerlifting gym where everyone is stronger than you... when you hit goals you set for yourself, once you actually hit them, they are basically non-events.

That sucks. Group of guys I was lifting with all spotted me and gave me pats on the back when I squatted 200lbs for the first time.

At this crossfit gym though, no one gives a shit about the lonely guy high baring 185 for 15 reps in the corner. What have I become.

this is the reality of what happens when you buy a bunch of eleiko shit for a uni gym, what did they do to deserve this? Someone doing horrific form preacher curls on a $40 bar with like $500 worth of plates. There are tonnes of signs up around the gym saying not to do t bar rows with the eleiko bars because a bunch of them are fucked up now lol.
