Standard is a bowl of spinach with 2 boiled eggs in, some salt and pepper.
After that I'll have another bowl of oatmeal with cinnamon, crack a raw egg in it and stir when its almost done. Makes the oatmeal get a nice texture and the fat from the egg adds flavour. Berries and greek yoghurt on top of the oatmeal. Strong black coffee to drink.
I portion it so its about 50 carbs, 20 fat, 50 protein.
my shirt is objectification most definitely but competing in bikini is by far the most intense form of objectification of women on earth, even the judging guidelines are loose so judges pick the girl they think is the cutest.
I have 2 boiled eggs plus 150 grams ground turkey that I make using taco seasoning (cayenne, chili, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper).
I've gotten tired of it recently though so now it's 2 eggs plus 5oz of rotisserie chicken.

It's almost annoying because every time I want to get a haircut I end up finding a picture that's him. I didn't even know it was him till the barber was like, "we all wish we could look like that".
Regardless, it's hilarious to hear your commentary, @fuji, because you pick horses for courses. He's a soccer player, not a body builder so what do you expect him to look like? Carrying excess weight in your upper body while running around a field for hours at a time doesn't help your ability to play a sport. His goals were way different than yours. Then again half the stuff you say is so ridiculous that I'm not even sure why I bother...
