Speaking of crossfit I joined a crossfit gym while the garage gym is getting under way, it's like 1/4 a mile away and is pretty awesome. I bought a BMX bike to ride there. I haven't used kilos in so long, my squat workout notes consisted of 8 reps red red green.
Weight's still going down. I'm in love with putting oats in everything now for some reason. So fucking tasty to put that shit in greek yogurt. Entering DYEL territory though, I think. Fuck this cut needs to hurry up.
I wish we had a good gym around her like the one Coldsnap just posted (or really any good gym focused around powerlifting i.e. with racks and benches and not crowded).
I think I lost a lot of strength on that cut not exactly sure what I did wrong but I am struggling to put up weights that were easy before. Tempted to focus on yoga all summer, eat normally, and lift just once a week with the big 4.
Were you lifting through the cut? How much weight did you end up dropping?
Dude just post an ad on craigslist for an unpaid stay-at-home internship with promises of great work experience and (possibly) a letter of recommendation at the end.
