Tess what're you trying to cut down to? I can't believe I weigh the same as you right now, I'm smaller, leaner and less muscle so how the fuck does that make sense? I'm going down to 170-172 hopefully, would be interesting to compare when we finish our cuts.

Not sure if serious. That's what happens when you have a lot of mass in your core.

I don't have a goal weight I just want to cut the fat off of me. Ideally I would gain weight while cutting. Also if you are leaner than me at 190 why are you trying to cut an extra 20 lbs off of your frame? That seems a bit excessive.

Isn't the bloated gut also an effect of some steroids?

On a related note, realistically how difficult is it to put on lean muscle (unequipped) at age 35?

I could stand to gain 10lbs but honestly have no desire to add 20lbs of fat to gain 2 lbs of muscle.

Bloat in general (holding onto temporary water) is. But not bloat specifically targeted to the gut. Just think for a second.. how do you think that would work? haha

I really don't know much about steroids. I first wrote HGH, cus I read about it somewhere and bloated stomachs but wasn't sure so I changed it to steroids.

I've just noticed that pro bodybuilders often have bloated guts, even at super low bf%.

in other news, running still sucks balls. i really feel for people who say they just cant motivate themselves to exercise... it regularly takes everything i have to get up and at it first thing in the morning. i will also echo that running is fucking atrocious for one's physique; i've managed to become slightly less skinny-fat while mostly losing whatever size i had left. really makes me lol to think about running/jogging/etc being the go-to recommendation for fitness... great way to look like shit. i have committed myself to a 10k run in august though, so 4x/week running until then. i've made decent progress with my times thus far, but god help me.

no reason to run 4x per week to be ready for a run in 3 months.  any reasonably healthy person can bang out 10 kilometers.  its will power more than anything else.

idk i'm super bad at running and i've been doing it for a while.

I might just be notn that built for it though. it's more my legs that hurt than my lungs
