This is retarded, ahaha.
Also woman love being on top, they can control exactly what's going on, hit their spots where they want, control tempo, etc.
Lots like being dominated on the bottom
Monday did chest and back.
Tried to go a little heavier to see how my body behaved and got:
-120x8 for seated row, with a little bit of oomph. Will probably stick to 100x10-12 till I can do 3x12 then go up to 110x10. Or maybe ramp up and do a few at 90, 100, and 110, and then do as many as I can with good form at 120, then go back down to 100 to wear myself out.
-65x8-10 for DB bench. This was new for me. I don't have my old journal with me but I'm pretty sure my working weight for the 8-10 rep range was like 75, so this is not bad at all!
-Did squats last night: 85x10, 2x10x115. They were pretty easy and I feel fine right now. Still a little weary about doing these, but I really want to keep at it. If I do, I probably won't go above 135-155 lbs, which is under my bodyweight. I think I could get a lot out of doing 3x10-12 at 135 as a 'pre-exhaust' before doing lunges/hamstring curls/quad extensions. Think it makes more sense to do them to start with since injury prevention is the primary goal.
Pretty good things all around!
