I was bored last saturday and wanted to see how much I could powerclean and jerk. I haven't jerked in about 4-5 years or so and never clean anymore. I can't catapult without jumping forward now, timing is off.

190kgx5 beltless deadstop deads fuk yeah. Had a stats exam, was russled teacher wrote the questions wrong and corrected it half way through when I had already answered it wrong. Didn't tell me the number of results for our hypothesis test so I assumed asymptotic distribution, what it was on 1 result so that neyman pearson lemma H1 fx(x)/ H0 fx(x) > k and had to actually work out the fucking distribution. so russled. Will still get a 2.1.

I never thought I would say something like this, but I don't want to see pussy again anytime soon. The fucking GM of the bar is insatiable, i'll come off a 12 hour shift, go hang out with staff for awhile, drink, and then we'll get together and she can go for HOURS, literally. so i end up fucking her all night, sleep for like an hour or two then go back to work for another 12 hours.

cant lie, this lifestyle is extremely fun, but it is not conducive whatsoever to a serious diet or training program. im doing my best to stay on track, but i havent been in the gym since thursday, going to try to go today....

and im only working 3 days a week, starting monday im going to be there 6 days a week from open to close, shit is going to be nuts.

also, i took viagra last night.... foo.gif

Seriously can't imagine literal hours of sex. I get tired after like 10 minutes, finish up, and pass out. Gotta get a full night's sleep for maximum gains.
