Abs. There's no such thing as video game overkill.

It might be.
My core strength is lagging and its a problem for me in the squat. I tend to arch too much. My pelvis is also uneven.
Some guys might not need to do that much but I'd rather do too much core work than too little.
If you insist on si units I take 0.000000075kg of t3 daily. Cutting ridiculously quick. Not sure it's legal, but if you ordered it from say all day chemist or united pharmacy it would get through. It is very catabolic though and makes cutting much more painful haha.
My workout today was abs, delts, triceps. Everything bishes love. Having a good time with this shit. Not beating myself up over how X felt for X reps because X was only X percent. Just going in, getting high volume done with the big lifts and if I can add 5lbs more than last week with perfect form than sweet. If not whatever I still got a good pump and muscle contraction.
What made you decide on 75mcg? My t3 comes in 50 mcg pills.
Seriously lost a ton of belly and love handle fat over the last four days.
I've been using liquid t3. My pharm grade comes tomorrow or Monday but I'm also getting anavar and that dries me out like craZy.
I do not see how incline sit ups can hurt your lower back if you have a respectable amount of lower back strength. If your pulling a decent amount on deads I just can't imagine your torsos weight fucking up your lower back,
Do you understand how a fulcrum/lever works?
And for the record, I don't do deads anymore though my max was 315lbs 4 years ago when I last did them heavy.
I'm not very good with numbers soz
I'm not really sure how the maths of calculating the force on your lower back would work since obviously the weigh isn't all at one point like in simple high school mechanics, but I assume you'd find some function representing the mass of your body at different distances from the fulcrum then integrate it between 0 and the top of your torso. Unless you were holding a lot of weight close to your face I just can't imagine the force is that significant. No worse then doing good mornings.
If you have a bulging disk the simple fact of having that much extra weight can cause it to rupture no matter how strong you are or how good your form is :/
