My goal is my own fund with a gym in the office so I can curl in the squat rack during conference calls

Left my phone in a fucking cab, feel so stupid. Have insurance on it, but it's still a 170 "deductible"

That's steam's counter. I think it counts the time the programme is open though, and I just leave it running in the background. biggrin.gif

I have like 400 hours in dark souls 1 in steam. I avoid mmos and competitive games, I've got an addictive personality and those consume me.

I hate regular situps but I don't mind doing weighted ones for some reason.

I don't think the incline ones are all that good for you, mechanically.

I think the pulldowns feel more natural to me and put less strain on your back as well. I guess the incline ones isolate the abs better, so I guess if it doesn't bother you then go for it. I haven't tried them in forever though. If anything I'd do static holds for stability work!

weighted incline situps put shearing force on your spine and cause (me at least) lower back pain.

Just do weighted planks
