Just got my singlet.

Starting to realize I will actually do a meet next weekend.

 

Also realized I'm only 4 pounds over a weightclass but I won't drop any weight this time. I'm not even gonna be close to being competitive and my main goal will be to get all nine lifts. I don't even know what my attempts will be. Haven't maxed DLs and bench in half a year, but I want to hit a 10 pound PR on my squat max 2 months ago.

I just wrote I don't know what to aim for in the DL and bench since I haven't maxed them in half a year. I did 325 for 5 on the DL three months ago and 190 on the bench half a year ago. So maybe something conservative like 320/195/340. My deadlift is lagging quite hard. I really don't know though since the 6 weeks running up to the meet have been very light in terms of percentages.

Nah, I won't take the whole week off. The meet is on saturday and everybody will be training together on tuesday doing light work and practicing with the signals.

Assuming those deadlifts weren't touch and go you should be pulling way more, i'd think like 370ish. I have about 30ish kg between my 5rm and my 1rm on my dead.

195 seems a bit low if you did 190 half a year ago.

Agreed and the DLs were not tng.

My goal is just to get in and learn how to do a meet. Get all attempts. 

I'll ask my trainer what he thinks is reasonable.

Just got 9/9. First attempt something you have trippled, second something you have done at the end of your taper, third like modest 5lb PR.

Female friend of mine is going on anavar, wants to compete in figure or something. So jelly of how cheap it is for women to use, 10mg of var a day even with pharma grade is like a couple dollars a week. No need for pct, no severe emotional effects from coming off. Would be terrified of getting fake var, taking winny as growing a penis though.


Would I regret getting lift laugh love tattooed on my chest? It's a meaningful phrase to me because I lift.

Went downstairs to the bar after work for salad and a drink, ended up running into a buddy and drank a shit ton but still managed to somehow stay under calorie budget. Celebrating today by not counting cals hahaha. Gonna pound some spaghett then go to bed I'm pooped

Any bodybuilders do like a 2x a day high frequency thing? About to have $6k worth of Rogue stuff put into my garage. I have the time and I have the constant access to equipment. Thinking about doing 2x a day. I know recovery is like 80% of working out, but it would be awesome to get a ton of volume and frequency in because it's right in my garage and convenient.

also I had a dream last night that RHET sold me some steroids.
