160kg atg high bar narrow beltless squat on a 1500 calorie deficit cut. Haven't done these since like last year feels good man. Still getting stronger lul. Had to drop it at the top because it was sliding, those olympic lifters make it look so elegant, shit just rolled down my back and the grating cut it up really bad. It then preceded to roll across the gym. Cutting even with this extreme a deficit is much more pleasant when your not getting weaker. Doing high protein, medium carb and basically 0 fat.

I had a decent chest and back day yesterday.


I'm now doing DB bench with what used to be my warmup weight back in the day. Got 65x10. Ballahhhh.

 

Yay for being weak :)

No anxiety issues but last time was jittery as fuck on YCL and insatiably thirsty. A little sweaty, too. Great boners tho

How the fuck are you on a 1500 calorie deficit consistently? That's what I did yesterday but on EC and I'd be hungry as fuck if I did that every day.

Yeah. Push/pull, legs/shoulders, arms/core, off, then push/pull/shoulders, legs/arms/core, off.


Something of that nature.

 

I actually alternate exercises as well. One set of rows followed by db bp, etc.

 

I'm pretty limited in my exercises, so I'm trying to do higher volume stuff. The push/pull split thing has been around forever it's just not a bodybuilding split. It's halfway between that and TBT.


I like doing back and chest because it tends to bother my shoulder less if I'm pulling and pushing instead of just pushing.

I'm prescribed amphetamine, maintenance is about 3500 and I'm on 2000 or less, which I find very bearable.

Last year my maintenance was 2800. Now I don't gain weight on 3300. I also have 15 pounds left to gain so I expect to be eating something like 3700 at the end of this bulk.

When I was racing in college (cycling), I burned 2k+ calories on some rides and those weren't necessarily hard rides.

During a 20 min interval close to max, I was burning about 400-500 calories.

I weighted 145-150 and eating was a freakin' chore.

188, down 20lbs from 208. 175-180 is the goal. Still steadily cutting weight at 2750 on lift days and 2350 rest, probably due for a calorie adjustment though.

Strength hasn't dropped at all yet, but my endurance has taken a hit, gets difficult halfway through a training session even with intra workout carbs and BCAAs.

Body fat estimate? I'd say 15
