Eugh was doing 100kg for reps on front squats got to 13 and I had to ditch the bar and fell back. Landed across my shin. Looks like I've had my foot reattached

This is true. I think I might be able to get back down to 160, which is what I weighed in that photo I posted where everyone asked my why I was cutting haha. Except this time I'll hopefully look more muscular and a lot leaner. Goal is still 172 for now, though.

Accidentally ran a 1000 kcal deficit yesterday. Fucking EC stack is making this too easy. Had a chicken salad for lunch and like 1.5 lbs of chicken for dinner. Down to 185 which is nice, 13 more lbs to go.

Can't tell if lifts going down, had to back down my deadlift and squat 10-15 lbs, but that might have just been because I wasn't lifting for like 3 weeks, fuck me right?

Have you noticed any side effects and are you monitoring your heart rate, potassium and water intake? I'm just curious before I start the stack...

No sides. Honestly I don't really even feel like I'm on stims, I feel normal. Then again I'm used to pounding coffee all day and this just replaced that. Just took 25mg E, 100mg C this morning, and we ran out of decaf at work so I had a regular cup and I'm feeling a little jittery but barely. After drinking on Sunday morning my heart was racing, though, so I'm going to cut down on the drinking or cut out EC on days that I know I'm going out.

Don't monitor heart rate or potassium/water though I drink a shit ton of water every day anyways. Once I get closer to my goal weight I'll cut out my morning EC dose and replace it with Yohimbine, which is when I'll start monitoring my heart rate and blood pressure and cut out all other stims and alcohol entirely because that combo's potentially dangerous.

EC is basically like just taking caffeine, if you take too much you feel jittery. Start with the test dose and move up from there, and if you have possible issues you're concerned about, don't dose up, or get off it.

Thanks, I am always a bit hesitant with anything new, I drink 2–3 venti size coffees every morning, so caffeine isn't an issue. I've used Yohimbine HCL and my god it works, but you have to be very exact in dosing and monitor everything. It stripped the fat right off my stomach and lower back, I just happened to have the worse side effects on it including massive panic attacks, so I got off it, but if you don't have any anxiety issues then it should work wonders for ya...

I could see that. Feeling a lot of stress from my boss over in Korea. I need to start doing neck yoga before bed again, gets my head in the right position and breathing properly to be calm.

That worked for you? I thought it was bogus...


I'm debating doing something like that for the next month. Possibly ECA stack. Risks are pretty minimal and doing it for a 2-3 week cycle shouldn't fuck with too much.

Yeah, I got some pretty specific instructions on dosage, timing and even what to eat when taking it from a body builder friend of mine. Definitely worked, but the side effects I experienced were beyond awful...

Yeah. I'd much rather do a tried and tested ECA. 2 week on 1 week off kinda deal. Honestly, 2 cycles is probably all I'd need.
