I sorta miss lowbar.. I actually just miss lifting explosively. Hearing the weight rattle when you shoot out of the hole is fun. I think I'm going to just sprinkle heavy days into my bodybuilding program. Bro I train with does bodybuilding but trains his lower mostly as explosive, he is way more aesthetic than me but I out squat and out pull him. I'm glad he's in the gym though because everyone gives me a hard time about my switch to bodybuilding now, but he's stoked.

Its seems like I am going to switch to high bar squats, or at least a little higher bar placement than before. Long legs and low bar resulted in too much forward lean. Maybe I'll lose some pounds on the bar initially but I think it'll benefit me in the long run.
