No I just put a tablespoon in a cup of black coffee with some stevia.

Saw the most hilarious thing in the gym today. Some guy who looked like he had just started out was training shoulders using way too much weight for everything looking like he was about to snap shit up. He goes to do those weird lateral raises where you lie across the bench like some "draw me like one of your french girls" shit. Swings the db to the top of the movement, can't make it stop and it throws him over the other side of the bench face first onto the floor. Was lolzy.
The movement you described is amazing for rear Delt development but you stop when your arm is parallel to the floor.
I'm currently at my heaviest (172 at 5'6") but i've still got decent definition despite growing love handles so I'm not gonna stop eating lots.

Re: digital notebooks
Kind of silly as I'm constantly fiddling with my phone to change my music, but I tried some programs and it sucks. Only way I would do that would be if I got a nice big tablet, and then I'd be one of those douchebags with the tablet in the gym. And my wife would throw me off the balcony after I dropped a DB on it after benching.
You guys wanna do me a favor and critique my bros squats? He's taller (6'1) and says that high bar feels more comfortable and natural for him. He's lifting mainly for aesthetics anyway, so I think this is fine.
He's only been squatting for about a month, I think it looks pretty good
It looks better than I was expecting. Very nice and smooth motion. Upper body is erect with no exaggerated arch or butt-wink.
I've never seen a new squatter take such a wide stance before, and I'm not saying that in a bad way. Best newbie squat I've seen.
That said, I'd prob suggest he sits back just a bit more. Should be a more efficient lift with a smaller ROM while still getting the same depth. It will also involve all the muscles of the posterior chain to a bigger degree and when it gets stronger (its pretty much non-existent on most beginners), it is most likely also going to be a stronger position.
If he'd sit back just a bit more, it would ideally look something like this:
