When you guys say "cutting" are you referring to dropping weight, or is there a weight-lifter specific definition here, such as cutting carbs or body fat? Just curious.

I used to think logging in a notebook was BS but I got one and it's actually helped a lot with my consistency. I tried Jefit and that shit is just too much of a PITA to navigate through. Nice to just be able to flip a page and see what I'm supposed to do.

Side note looks like an impacted wisdom tooth I had for years w/no problem is finally starting to act out. How long is that shit gonna take me out of the game... is it gonna hurt frown.gif

Weight, specifically fat. Cutting usually means attempting to maintain as much LBM as possible while doing so though.

i use the notepad app on my iphone. Super easy.

Impacted wisdom teeth wasn't a huge deal and plus you get fun drugs.

I fuck with evernote, its basically the same thin as notepad, but syncs between my work computer, laptop, and cell phone.  good search functions, and free.

Google keep and workflowy are good too.

I'm going to end this cut. Further benefits would be marginal. I should eat at maintenance for a week or two? Should I go back to normal volume right away?

I ended up competing at the exact same weight and looked better. I think over the entire year I probably gained somewhere between 3-5lbs of LBM. Still coulda/shoulda been leaner, though.

I use Fitocracy and just ignore all the RPG crap. Lets me see history and save workouts, so that's really all I need.

I use Google Drive. Used to use a notebook so big step up. Drive is annoying though, even with it saved as an offline file, it constantly reloads and sometimes I can't get it loaded in the gym due to shitty reception.
