Weight, specifically fat. Cutting usually means attempting to maintain as much LBM as possible while doing so though.
I used to think logging in a notebook was BS but I got one and it's actually helped a lot with my consistency. I tried Jefit and that shit is just too much of a PITA to navigate through. Nice to just be able to flip a page and see what I'm supposed to do.
Side note looks like an impacted wisdom tooth I had for years w/no problem is finally starting to act out. How long is that shit gonna take me out of the game... is it gonna hurt
i use the notepad app on my iphone. Super easy.
Impacted wisdom teeth wasn't a huge deal and plus you get fun drugs.
