This happens to me all of the time. The will waste a half and hour discussing how they can't squat or deadlift and they are afraid of protein because they don't want kidney stones.

On more that on occasion. I have had people tell me they were getting into boxing to get jacked. I've sparred with pros and I suck after years of it. High volume boxing made me 135 pounds with reoccurring injuries.
I can't stand it wham someone asks me training advice, i come up with a general plan and they ignore it. Just because I'm doing jm press doesn't mean it's a good exercise for you, especially without a trainer.

Yea in that context I'd say doing nothing is still a good move on your part. If she flaked and she has a good reason she'd let you know.

I used valerian root pills a while back. Standard pharmacy stuff.

Just a warning, they can be nasty. I had the most vivid dreams with them, mostly nightmares but also the good kind of dreams, hehe.

Last week i had a dream that lasted 9 consecutive days. I would wake up and go to bed at this hotel and do mundane thing. Another wieird part was the setting. It's a hot made up in my mind that I visit. When I'm done with school in going to start a sleep journal and try to map out the city in my head

have had bad dreams with melatonin as well when I went over 5mgs.  3mg seems to be doing the trick as of now.

How did your squat surpass your DL?

I've only seen that in equipped lifters and IIRC you do raw.

My squats have been stronger than my pull for quite some time now. How? I don't know.. squatted a lot? lol

Looked at my training and I've been doing it for a year and five months, back then I couldn't even bench or squat because my shoulder was so fucked up but after a few weeks my first real workout was Bench 100lbs, Squat 150lbs, Deadlift 165lbs. I bulked, I cut, I hit 810 total in a meet at 198lbs. Then I started training with Greg and hit an easy 900lb (deadlift was a double too) in the middle of training at 174lbs bodyweight.

Anyways, variety is the spice of life guys. I'm having fun on this bodybuilding program filling out weaknesses even though my 1RM is probably getting weaker. I feel like I've sort of threw my powerlifting towel in, I'll still do a meet in November but I want to try to get as jacked as possible between then. Once I hit double bodyweight squat, over bodyweight bench, and over double bodyweight deadlift, I had to look at my training and think well I could push it harder but that would involve me getting back up to 200lbs to take advantage of leverages and at this time I'm currently much leaner and feel better about myself. I think anything past those markers is really dependent on leverages and genetics or training age.
