Hit 250 x 3 on bench today, relatively happy with that since I'm cutting and all my lifts have felt a lot weaker

RHET why are my knees occasionally tingling? I do absolutely no mobility work, I should probably start. My joints feeling shit from all this volume.

160kgx15 deadstop deadlifts, could probably get a couple more reps out, but I'm not pushing pulls or back squats recently because I'm sitting in a chair at a desk 12 hours a day. Beginning to understand the trouble of working an office job. Come at me M&A and loosing all of my gains, hair and life.

I've lost 10 pounds off my 5RM now.  Finally below 170lbs though.

I don't know about tingling knees, BUT you really should work on your mobility. Seems like you are resting on your laurels with whatever disease you have which makes you semi flexible. But looking at some of the videos you posted you don't have that great of movement patterns and mobility; I'm not saying they are terrible or below average but they could be better. Especially as you move toward a job that is mainly desk base. I know most people here think I major in these minor details..

You'd be better checking places like Silver Spring. The BAH in the area is good, though.

Lul, dat connective tissue disorder giving me master race lower body and shoulder mobility. When I was younger and in the process of getting diagnosed I could wrap my thumb around my hand to behind my ring finger. I think my mobility was pretty great, I used to be able to do overhead squats against a wall without oly shoes, but going from that 170-180 range to 215 has made my joints feel pretty shitty and my mobility disappear. I can feel whatever the bone/muscle/tendon that attaches like my leg to my hips is really stiff, when I stand up I can occasionally feel it get stuck and then pop into place. Also my biceps and triceps get really tight and pull against my elbows so something is going on there too. I'm guessing what I need to work on is hip mobility because I'd say ankle and knee mobility is still pretty much perfect. Is there like a basic cover all program for this shit? I don't want to be rolling around and jabbing myself with dildos for 2 hours a day. Gym has an ungodly amount of mobility stuff, all kind of spiked balls, knobblers and rolling shit.

My apartment is just under 600 square feet and thats pretty damn big for a single guy tbh. Bedroom, kitchen, leisure/tv room and hallway. Could def do without one of the rooms and with 450 sq feet or so. Got a very good deal on it though and the rent is decent so I don't mind.

Concept will go into more detail. That pop when you stand up is your TFL popping over the muscle body that it runs through. Roll your IT band out and stretch the front hip. If you have good posture you might not have to do mobility work for long times, just need to do it every few weeks to keep up with beating yourself up in the gym.

All your places sound like torture traps. Moved in with fiancé a couple months back and we are busting at the seams of this 1BR 800sqft place.

Not bragging, but I'm moving into a 2920sq ft place in a few weeks. Done paid my dues living in shitty small ass apartments my whole adult life. Having a garage is seriously a life goal.

I was about to say, some of you are paying way too much for such small square footage. We have a 1,300sqft loft in Bucktown with parking for almost $1,600 a month.
