so i found a trigger point in my tricep/brachioradialis the other day. didn't think much of it, but i kept hammering at it. popped some aleve yesterday and raped myself with the knobbler all day, then at a random point later in the day... no elbow pain. did it again this morning, no aleve, but post hot-shower... no pain. i can feel it stiffening up even 10 minutes after a hot shower, but this is promising!
i am curious as to 1.how i missed that over 6 months 2. how multiple massage and physio appointments missed it over 6 months 3. if this is actually the root of my issues and i can get back to training as usual. i'm going to assume it is and get back into some upper work starting tomorrow. i am really fucking excited.
