Sounds like a new criteria to insta-unhide.

My best friend came out of the closet a little over 2 years ago and really jumped head first into the whole gay persona/subculture thing. He started posting graphic shit like that so I gave him a call and said, "Knock it off. Nobody wanted to hear about your sex life when you were pretending to be straight and nobody wants to hear about it now." Thank God he stopped after that.

people were commenting on cavill's physique itt when man of steel came out and it devolved into people saying how dyel he was and how he looked like shit etc. despite the fact that he would look better than 95% of this thread.

it also spawned my HOF parody post but now i am just being conceited

Absolutely sickening bench press day today. 90x16, 105x7 on flat bench. Feels good mang. 3 plate bench this year?

Hoping to do a meet at 198 and total something like

200/130/240

would be a pretty solid total I think.

Either use lbs of kiloooos
My scale is lb though, maybe I'll start doing bw in stones. Dat archaic british weight measurement, 15 stone 5 master race.

@MarkI

Thats 440 / 285 / 530 lbs

Those numbers are my goal for next years meet in May.

Well, my bench will most likely be a bit lower and my bodyweight higher. For this year (in three weeks), I'm aiming to hit 330 / 200 / 350 at 190, but I'll have to see what my trainer suggests is best.

Fuji, At 6'3 I think 210 to 225 is a better weight (and for powerlifting, prob another 25-50 pounds or more in order to maximize your competetiveness), but I understand if you lift more for aesthetics and want to stay lean all year around.

Yeah, I'm 215 now, what I mean't is if I did a meet I'd cut down to 198 to weigh in because I think I could quite easily. No real interest in staying lean year round, reasonably lean, but I don't need to be 10%. I'm mid teens right now, but I'll run a nice dry cutting cycle so I can be say 190ish and shredded this summer.

Sounds good.

I'm 190 pounds now at around 12%. Hope I can go up to 205-210 before I reach 15-16%, when I'll start cutting or recomping. Don't want to cut as low as last time though, don't really see a point in it anymore for my goals. Gonna hover between 10-15% and work my way up to 225 and then take it from there.

So confuse how your not repping 405 on deads at that bw and bf%.

I'm actually also a bit confused why my deadlift is so low. I don't really know where my max is at now though.

Back in feb, I did 315 x 5 for a top set. Haven't done any heavy singles since but I'm deadlifting in some form 3x per week now and the lifts are climbing. Gonna be interesting to see where it ends up with a proper peak and all.
