Khay is like me, we both get on and make decent progress but then fall off. I fall off because I regularly injure myself and he falls off because of work and being lazy (I think).

Also we both use straps and jointly hold the title of joociest glootz. No homo and please no ftfy-quoting "strap-ons" into the previous sentence pls.

I've been really lazy about diet for the most part which has seriously limited my gains over the past couple years. Also finally got on point with a good lifting prog which I was lacking before. I pulled a muscle in my back a couple weeks ago and had trouble getting back on the wagon after that but now I'm going regularly again. Also got my diet on point finally and got used to tracking cals/protons. What sucks is that I finally figured this shit out on a fucking cut so my numbers aren't moving too much because of it.

I'm down 14 lbs and have another 14 to go before I reassess. I'm tiny looking but I'm hyped to finally have enough muscle to get really lean without looking like a Bosnian refugee for once. Then lean bulk through the summer maybe, then hard bulk after that. Now that my diet's on point I'm excited to get this fucking cut over with and start putting up some bigger numbers.

I'm unapologetic about straps. I got my deadlift up like 80 lbs in a month after using them so I'm hooked for life.

Re: Straps

Depends on what you're training for. If forearms and for PL, then sure work on your grip. If you're interested in hitting your legs/back and bb'ing then just use them if you want to...

Did my first session of new routine today:

Deadlifts 8x2 at 275 pounds for speed/form work
Good Mornings 3x5
Glute Ham Raise with 45lb plate 3x10
Calf Raises 3x15
Leg Extensions 3x10
Bicycle Crunches 3x20

This is significantly less volume than what I was doing before and as a result the workout went much faster(60min vs 90). I was able to push myself harder on individual exercises and left feeling just as worked as I had with my higher volume workouts.

That guy looks pretty sick in his instagram photos, bigger then jeff seid in one of them. Guy placed 2nd in a UKBFF (which is untested) physique show, outside of charlie he's probably a fair bit bigger then all of us. Face is incongruent as fuck with his body though.


Coming "off" soon, quite sad.

Dude needs to do some weighted jaw clenches or some shit and bulk his fucking head up. Or at least get his nose broken or some scarring or some shit so people don't focus on how tiny and childish his head looks. Grow a fucking beard and get dark as fuck, that'd help.
