I haven't smoked a cig since 2009 but I'll go on a week-long green binge a few times a year. A decade of smoking shit has not helped at all.

I have probably seen more "green" than 99% of people on the planet but one day it started giving me panic attacks and I never smoked again.

Reminds me, I gotta get some dip. Guilty pleasure but rarely do it.

Just ate a pound of chicken. Fuck

I found sativas give me anxiety but indicas just fog me out and make random tasks more enjoyable

Dat indica couchlock playing videogames for four hours straight then going on an unstoppable munchie quest and passing out feel.

I hear you on the anxiety part. It's not enjoyable if I have any more than a single puff in a sitting; I can literally make a .5 last a week. Stunning to think an eighth a day wasn't unusual at one point.

Try a cup of coffee and vaping/puffing on some indica before your run. It'll make you forget you're running

I used to smoke several (5-7) blunts to myself a day and I was fine. One day I went to smoke with some friends, basically had a panic attack and it was never the same again.

If the dude on the right with the blue thong beat the guy with the green thong, then that's ridiculous. I probably have wider lats than the guy on the right. Green's delt definition is amazing as well.

HAH.

TK fwiw I think you look way better at the end of bulks or middle of cut than on stage, that's just me doe. I know it's a ton of work to get on stage though, so congratulations and get that trophy another time icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Natty bb is fucked up. 4 weeks out tk looked crazy, full muscles, vascular, proportionate. Apparently getting to the lowest bodyfat is more important than all of those things.

Ah okay, so I guess it's more about being cut. I saw RP bitch about how at these national contest all their clients got docked points for being too large. I must not understand bodybuilding #58 looks like a bro who does 10 pushups a day and #62 looks like he dieted 1 week out.

No shit, reading the new issue of power magazine. Flipped through an interview with that Christmas Abbott girl and she runs a crossfit gym down the street.

Running sucks. Probably a good sign that I need to bang away at it so I dont die of heart/lung issues at an early age.

If it makes you feel better, there was some recent research showing that people who do an excess amount of running (40k a week+) had the same amount of plaque in their heart than completely inactive fatties. Apparently, too much cardio causes plaque build-up.
