I don't remember nike being this expensive when i was like 14, which is the last time I was interested in their clothes. When did they start making $400 jackets?

Prob a dumb question, but since I'm lifting lighter but higher reps my measurements quad wise and shit should still be growing? Just wonder if the information about how heavy weights build big dense muscle and that light weights high reps will just make you more defined is bullshit. My legs be shrinking still with my cut.. I don't want to make my sugar cane 1947 huge on me frown.gif want dem big legs still

You're on a cut? So then, yes you should see a reduction in size.

+1. What are you looking for Coldsnap? No matter you program and natty status, you're measurements will decrease on a cut. Who's to say your legs getting smaller is not excess fat instead of lean muscle?

Yea just finished a cut. Eating maintenance at 174-175 for two more weeks then going back up. I feel like they still shrinking at this maintenance. I do store a lot of fat in my legs, from what I've learned this cut. I just gotta start bulkin, thats the answer!

Bulk smart. Much better to put 5 lbs of lbm with minimal fat gain than to retard bulk and lose your gains next cut.

Will do. It's going to be fairly slow and gradual. I'm also moving a lot more in the gym and doing 45mins of cardio after every workout, so hopefully I'll get some benefit from that while eating at a surplus.

Worked out w/ my PT buddy last week and I'm moving to higher volume workouts as well.

First exercise will always be a strength one with low reps but then everything after is pure volume with 90 secs rest.

Feels good to not be in the gym for 2 hours.

Some girl on my fb posted one of those "strong is the new skinny" photos, but she's fat and doesn't look very strong. Maybe she lifts in multiply?

You really need to clean up your FB/Instagram feeds.

Dat feel when you rest 1-2 mins between sets and workout still take 2 hours. Doing a ton of volume now and thats incl warmup, prehab and stretching
