I'd like to be say 235ish when im bulking at 16ish% and then 200 at 9-10% for when im cutting. I will undoublty need more potatoes and possibly more exotic carbs like sweet potato acetate or cornbead phenylprop, which I'm a bit scared of.

bb style program for last 6 weeks, suits are all ready for goodwill. chest 49.5", waist 33. arms back up to 20".
test levels are at 1989 with free test at 890. bw is 218, bf% is 10.25%
