Meh I tried dips for tricep work. I'm too heavy now, I don't want to dip more than ~250lbs which I'm pretty much at now. I press 4x/wk, CGBP won't do much but burn me out. 2 of those presses are OHP but to be fair they aren't fully elbow forward. I tried lying tricep extensions; didn't like em. Too much instability keeping me from focusing on the movement. I'm liking one joint movements.
Try using two ropes and extremely contracting at the end. I fucking love it.
